INNOVATION

At Cellenza, we’re banking on our teams’ intuition and intrapreneurial spirit!
In addition to our bootcamp training days, Cellenza offers our consultants a pool of days they can take to go and work on project in our Labs.
A LAB project is an innovative, achievable and demonstrable project, completed using Agile methods.
Every three months, the consultants assigned to these projects are given days to work in our Agile development studio.  Here, they can experiment, play around and create highly innovative products.

Ever since Cellenza was founded, we have maintained our belief that performance is not just about economics and finance.  We must also be aware of the needs and interests of our surrounding community and environment.
It’s only natural that we’re an active player in our own corporate social responsibility strategy, ensuring that our ambitions and our business generates value while remaining sustainable over the long term!
This is why we’ve created an in-house “social and community ideas laboratory”.  The Social Lab is designed to shift the focus away from our traditional technical and business priorities.

FUN

Cellenza fosters an active, vibrant social life within our company.  We get together all the time to go out and have some fun!  Whether it’s cooking classes, drinks, sports events, Christmas activities, an annual trip, bootcamps or our Cell & Fun event, the year is packed with fun activities for our teams.
